I have been coming to this wonderful yoga studio since it opened 3 years ago. The yoga instructors are very knowledgeable, professional and kind. My yoga practice has blossomed with their guidance. This studio embraces students of all levels and facilitates a positive and nourishing environment. The instructors are growing too and you will never experience the same Vinyasa class twice. Thank you Hot or Not Yoga NM! New to town and new to yoga. Have to get some movement back into an old back with some issues. Madi Soli and her team were excellent. Not to mention helpful, patient, supportive and gracious instructors. Even though I'm new and cannot do many of the poses and stretches very well I was never made to feel inferior or that I was hopeless. Could not recommend this studio and Team more. The instructors are very helpful giving modifications when needed! They can see when a pose is not helpful and either just modify it or give another pose that has similar effects! Between the temp, the humidity, and the fact that I had drank already 60oz of water, I was sweating so profusely during my 90 min bikram hot yoga class that they brought me a second towel! I had gone to the gym earlier and it was Leg Day and so I had build up of lactic acid in my muscles, I sweated and stretched out muscles at hot yoga to the point that I could walk like a normal human! No baby deer walk!!! I highly suggest to add hot yoga or yoga in general with your exercise routine. This studio is fantastic! They have onsite showers and you can borrow mats, towels, or buy water! Everything you need in a studio! This studio has a perfect combination of great facilities and attentive teachers. The teachers put a lot of time and energy into designing and teaching their classes and they make them accessible to people of different levels. All of the teachers seem genuinely interested in the students and they help students with concerns and struggles. I enjoy both my bikram and vinyasa classes, and I love the way in which the styles complement one another. I definitely suggest that you try this studio at least one. I think you'll love it. The class was challenging AND relaxing; the energy in the room coming from others students was very positive and helpful for keeping me in the poses.
